No, no, no! I want to do that all by myself. I am searching for a VA to help me with my own personal business work.\u00a0 I already have a business coach and mentor for myself, a book-keeper and an accountant (God only knows what that would look like if I did that myself), and I have an IT\/Web VA that manages my website security, updates, plugins, and major changes.<\/p>\n<p>Here are the tasks I am thinking of delegating:<\/p>\n<p>Filing and managing my document retention process:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Auditing files and folders<\/li>\n<li>Burning archival content to disk or drive<\/li>\n<li>Creating Archive folders and archiving content<\/li>\n<li>Eliminating content<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Getting my blog out:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Adding SEO to it according to my process<\/li>\n<li>Tagging Photos<\/li>\n<li>Posting the blog<\/li>\n<li>Sharing on social media<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Non-bookkeeping record keeping:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monthly sending and following up on invoices.<\/li>\n<li>Logging payments.<\/li>\n<li>Sending electronic receipts as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Handing email and voicemail for me (non-client related):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>RSVPing for events<\/li>\n<li>Preparing responses for me to send on my return after a quick review.<\/li>\n<li>Eliminating junk mail and unsubscribing from lists I don\u2019t need.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Helping me stay up on what is happening in my communities and networking:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>What upcoming events might be valuable?<\/li>\n<li>Where can I add my insights and help others?<\/li>\n<li>What conversations are happening out there that I might be of value to that I may have missed?<\/li>\n<li>Who needs to be followed up with and who might be a good new connection I can make?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Helping me track and document my continuing education and professional development.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>What do I need to take to that educational seminar?<\/li>\n<li>What do I need to read before I go that could be helpful?<\/li>\n<li>What upcoming seminars in my area might be of value to me?<\/li>\n<li>What upcoming events might I want to travel to in my interest areas?<\/li>\n<li>What new certifications might be obtained to serve my clients better?<\/li>\n<li>What is the agenda? Is there a portion of the day that I don&#8217;t need?<\/li>\n<li>What do I need to do to obtain a certificate of completion?<\/li>\n<li>Is the course tracked in my continuing education system?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Helping with my internal processes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Auditing them with me.<\/li>\n<li>Updating documents.<\/li>\n<li>Finding lost time and loopholes.<\/li>\n<li>Proofreading<\/li>\n<li>Testing processes for improvement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Helping manage external work:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Re-branding<\/li>\n<li>Content updates<\/li>\n<li>New products and services<\/li>\n<li>Videos and Clip Art (this stuff takes me forever!)<\/li>\n<li>Auditing my business listings out on the web and updating annually.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Step\u00a02 on my path?
