Since I began my practice as a VA, I have been determined to work diligently to improve the business lives of those I support administratively.\u00a0 Determined is an adjective that has been used to describe me in commendations and reviews with employers over the years.\u00a0 Now as I endeavor to grow my own business I call on that determination on many days as I do the harder work as a business owner .<\/div>\n

You may be wondering, as you read these definitions, why I am blogging about “traits”.\u00a0 “Which Traits Are Yours?” is a reflective journey through my Personal Profile from the Anthony Robbins Companies.\u00a0 The profile, completed in 2009, states, “Behavioral research suggests that the most effective people are those who understand themselves, both their strengths and weaknesses, so they can develop strategies to meet the demands of their environment.”<\/p>\n
